How to order:
Option 1 -Chinese surname:
Order the red envelopes with your surname in Chinese character
1.Find your surname in Chinese from our surname list in the listing picture
2.Choose the colour and size, place the order
3. Message/email (info@orientalmestore.com）us the surname or leave it in the personalisation box
Option 2 Your own Name/Logo/Design
(Minimum 50 envelopes with a AU$25 Customisation fee)
- Choose the colour and size , add to your cart
- Choose Customisation fee , add to your cart
- Place the order and email the design details to info@orientalme.com.au with your order number.

How do I choose the right size?
We include a size chart on every product page. Please note that our sizes follow Asian sizing, which typically runs smaller than Western sizing, so it's important to check the chart before placing your order.
If you're unsure which size to choose, simply leave your height, weight, and chest/waist/hip measurements in the Comment/Personalization box before checkout. We'll review your details and double-check the size for you.
How long does it take to process an order?
- All orders except custom orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Custom orders processing time is about 1-3 weeks , depend on orders.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer AU$15 flat rate standard shipping to most of the countries world wide
What is your return policy?
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note： There is no return and refund for custom orders.
