Option 1 -Chinese surname (This option is only for 1 Chinese charactor, if you require more than 1 Chinese charaters printed you will need to choose option Logo/others) :

- Leave your surname (chinese character ) in the personalization/comment box before checkout . If you dont know how to type out the charactor , send a screenshot to the us through chatbox or email (info@orientalmestore.com）us.
Option 2 Your own English Name/Logo/Design (Minimum 30 envelopes)
- Choose the colour and size , add to your cart
- Place the order and email the design details to info@orientalme.com.au with your order number.

How do I choose the right size?
We include a size chart on every product page. Please note that our sizes follow Asian sizing, which typically runs smaller than Western sizing, so it's important to check the chart before placing your order.
If you're unsure which size to choose, simply leave your height, weight, and chest/waist/hip measurements in the Comment/Personalization box before checkout. We'll review your details and double-check the size for you.
How long does it take to process an order?
- All orders except custom orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Custom orders processing time is about 1-3 weeks , depend on orders.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer AU$15 flat rate standard shipping to most of the countries world wide
What is your return policy?
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- Bulk Clothing Returns (3+ Items): To discourage "home fitting rooms" and ensure our stock remains available for other shoppers, orders returning three (3) or more clothing items will incur a $10.00 restocking fee each item. This fee covers the operation cost. Standard Clothing Returns (1–2 items): No additional restocking fees.
- Items must be new, unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and labels attached.
- Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
