What is your return policy?
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- Bulk Clothing Returns (3+ Items): To discourage "home fitting rooms" and ensure our stock remains available for other shoppers, orders returning three (3) or more clothing items will incur a $10.00 restocking fee each item. This fee covers the operation cost. Standard Clothing Returns (1–2 items): No additional restocking fees.
- Items must be new, unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and labels attached.
- Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
