Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund (Postage not included) . Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note: There is no return and refund for custom orders.

Bulk Clothing Returns (3+ Items): To discourage "home fitting rooms" and ensure our stock remains available for other shoppers, orders returning three (3) or more clothing items will incur a $10.00 restocking fee each item. This fee covers the manual inspection, steaming, and repackaging required for bulk apparel.

Standard Clothing Returns (1–2 Items): No restocking fee is applied for returns of one or two items.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email info@orientalmestore.com with your order number for return details. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and use trackable method to mail your return to Sydney, Australia and original postage will not be refund.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS

DAMAGED or BROKEN ITEMS
At Oriental Me, we take great care in packing every order to ensure it reaches you safely. Each item is inspected and securely wrapped before dispatch. However, on rare occasions, damage may occur during transit.
Reporting Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

Photos of the damaged item(s)

Photos of the packaging, including the shipping box and internal protective materials

Your order number and brief description of the issue

Claims Received After 48 Hours
We’re unable to verify when damage occurred if it’s reported more than 48 hours after delivery. Unfortunately, in these cases, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
Replacements or Refunds
Once we verify that the item was damaged during transit, we will offer one of the following options:

A replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability), or

A refund for the damaged item’s value
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to repeated bulk orders or excessive returns.
