This was a nice addition to give favor boxes filled with chocolate. I think I either lost the bulb pins to attach the charms/ribbons to the boxes or it wasn’t included. But the constriction of the boxes was fairly easy.

How do I choose the right size?
We include a size chart on every product page. Please note that our sizes follow Asian sizing, which typically runs smaller than Western sizing, so it's important to check the chart before placing your order.

How long does it take to process an order?
- All orders except custom orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Custom orders processing time is about 1-3 weeks , depend on orders.

What is your return policy?
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note： There is no return and refund for custom orders.
