  • All orders except custom orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Custom orders processing time is about 1-3 weeks , depend on orders.
  • We offer AU$15 flat rate standard shipping to all countries world wide
  • Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $50.

Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Carrier delays (due to labor strikes, supply chain issues, etc.)
    • Government actions, customs delays, or pandemics
  • In such cases, we will do our best to keep customers informed of any significant delays.

    Due to recent updates to US customs tariffs, some shipments may take longer than usual to clear customs. While we are working hard to process and ship your orders promptly, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by these external factors.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
